CBT Coaching

CBT Coaching is not therapy. Coaching does not involve treating mental health diagnoses or conditions. You will be learning tools and strategies that you can use to help you feel empowered and confident when it comes to improving your wellbeing. Coaching offers you the opportunity to achieve your goals through a solution-focused approach. Areas you may choose to focus on include self-care, setting healthy boundaries, or mindfulness techniques. Online CBT Coaching sessions are available for people aged 18+ based anywhere in the World.
